At Onesies Downunder, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original clear packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is clean and free of pet hair or scents.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest postal service location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our hygiene standards, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
